The University of Manchester is a diverse and international community and all students and staff have the right to study, live and socialise in a safe and supportive place.

The University takes a zero-tolerance approach to incidents of bullying, harassment and discrimination and works with the Students' Union to promote this through the We Get It campaign.

We Get It is a joint campaign, organised by the University and the Students' Union, in support of our zero tolerance approach to any form of bullying, harassment, and discrimination.

We encourage students and staff to report all forms of bullying, harassment and discrimination should they see or experience it.

During January, the University has been highlighting how students and staff can use the 'Report and Support button' to report bullying, harassment, or discrimination.

f they wish, their report can be passed to a trained advisor, who can provide the right advice and support. Reports can also be anonymous.

The Report and Support button at can be found on the We Get It webpages.
