UMBUG’s 10th Birthday
Come join the celebrations at the next Corridor cycle breakfast as we mark the 10th anniversary of UMBUG – University of Manchester Bike User Group!
The breakfast will take place at Eats Restaurant, University Place on 4October from 8-9am. This month UMBUG are celebrating their 10th anniversary of promoting cycling at The University of Manchester and beyond, an amazing achievement.
There will be a free prize draw for all those that attend and the opportunity to mark the occasion with a group photo at 8:30am.
This breakfast is a thank you to UMBUG and all the members of the Oxford Road cycling community that have helped develop such a thriving and supportive network over the past 10 years. Long may it continue!

There will also be a free drop-in Sharing the Road Safely event outside University Place, 8am-3:30pm. This will include:
- First person view from the cab of a lorry
- Learn danger-zones around large vehicles
- Learn potentially life-saving techniques
- Cycle instructor training
