Green Impact Workshop

Green Impact brings together staff and students from across the University to create a more environmentally sustainable campus and community. The Green Impact scheme is a behavioural change programme that empowers staff and students to make meaningful change. There is an awards ceremony for those who have achieved bronze, silver or gold status after working through the Green Impact workbook throughout the academic year.

This April Green Impact teams from across the University attended a workshop run by the Environmental Sustainability Team. Green Impact teams had the opportunity to share their ideas, create new ones and inspire others with positive behavioural change that has been previously achieved. It also provided an opportunity for the Sustainability Team to share new data about energy consumption at the University.

We would encourage any staff and students that are interested in this scheme to contact Glen Marsden or visit the Green Impact Website.
