The University’s arts space, the Martin Harris Centre, is delighted to have re-opened to the public this Autumn.

Audiences are welcomed back to our campus to enjoy a programme of riveting music and drama events. The season launched at the end of September with performances of the critically acclaimed Catching Comets by Ransack Theatre.

In music, the Centre’s celebrated resident string quartet, the Quatuor Danel, has returned for a series of lunchtime and evening concerts. The Quatuor Danel was founded in 1991 and has been at the forefront of the international music scene ever since, with concert performances worldwide and several award-winning recordings.

For a festive treat, tickets are available for a Christmas Choral Showcase, performed by the University Chorus and including choral classics and Christmas crackers.

The Martin Harris Centre offers free concerts open to all and with no booking necessary. The next free event is a lunchtime concert on 16 December, featuring the Quatuor Danel performing Brahms.

The full programme of events runs until March 2022.
