Policy@Manchester, the University’s policy engagement institute has recently released Working Futures – a new report for national and local policymakers providing thought leadership on work, employment, and the challenges around equity, opportunity and decent working conditions.

The seven articles in Working Futures provide expert analysis on present and future policy challenges for the future of work. The COVID-19 pandemic, the impact of leaving the EU, an ageing workforce and increasing automation have all contributed to a shifting policy landscape for work and employment. The contributors provide robust research, analysis and recommendations.
