To celebrate LGBT+ History Month 2026, Manchester University Press are offering 30% off selected titles on their LGBTHM reading list. You can find out more in their blog.

Highlights include Rustam Alexander’s latest book, AIDS in Soviet Russia, and two forthcoming books, A queer scrapbook, and an anniversary edition of Sonja Tiernan’s biography of Eva Gore-Booth.

Manchester University Press have also issued a call for proposals for their Queer and Trans Histories series. The series aims to serve as a go-to place for cutting-edge stories on earlier and existing LGBTQ+ formations, and encourages work on queer and trans lives that challenge identity frameworks.
