The Environmental Sustainability team at the University of Manchester has released a new film that celebrates the beauty of our campus during the summertime, showcasing the vibrant outdoor spaces that are home to a variety of plants and animals. From buzzing insects and chirping birds to blooming flowers and towering trees, the film invites viewers to sit back and enjoy the natural beauty that surrounds us. Whether you’re a student, staff member, or part of our local community, this is a perfect opportunity to appreciate the biodiversity and green spaces that make our campus unique.  

Increasing biodiversity and protecting nature on campus is a vital part of our sustainability strategy. Our dedicated Estates Landscaping team works hard to maintain and enhance these green spaces throughout the entire year, not just in summer.
