Corridor Manchester Cycle Breakfast – February 2018

February was the turn of the University of Manchester to host the monthly Corridor Manchester Travel Cycle Breakfasts. Corridor Manchester Travel is a joint partnership between the University of Manchester, Manchester Metropolitan University, Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust and the RNCM, working together on sustainable travel initiatives along the Oxford Road Corridor.

February’s breakfast also played host to the Rainbow Ride – celebrating LGBT History month; free bike checks and discounted servicing from RevolveMCR; a free bicycle marking service for staff and students from the Security team at the University and a consultation run by UMBUG (University of Manchester’s Bicycle User Group) to help improve conditions for cyclists and to encourage people to give cycling a go.

The next cycle breakfast takes place at Manchester Metropolitan University on 7 March. Please get in touch with the Environmental Sustainability Team if you have any questions relating to cycling.
