For an exciting, free, one-day conference from the Baring Foundation: ” Arts and Older People: effective partnerships and collaborations”

As well as hearing about some excellent projects from across the UK, Conference participants will also be able to explore the role of Local Authorities in developing a strategic approach to arts and older people, develop their understanding of effective cross-sector partnership working and hear about some inspirational projects.

Tuesday 5 November 2013, Manchester Town Hall

Workshop sessions will include presentations and discussions on:

  • working with men
  • working with people with dementia
  • developing the Manchester Cultural Offer for older people
  • Nottingham City Council’s approach to arts and older people
