Celebrating staff and students who are ‘making a difference’

The Faculty of Science and Engineering (FSE) is holding its third annual Better World Showcase to recognise and communicate the outstanding social responsibility activities across the Faculty and to celebrate the efforts of staff and students who are making a difference. Forty-five nominations on a range of different initiatives have been received.

Posters about each of these projects have been on a roadshow on the University’s campus to highlight this fantastic work. Staff and students have been voting for their favourite nomination over the last few weeks. The winner of the People’s Vote, along with the winners in the other categories, will be announced at the Better World Showcase celebration event on Monday 12 February.
