Prometheus, Alliance Manchester Business School’s annual programme, exclusively designed for leaders from UK third sector organisations, took place earlier this month.

Now in its third year, the conference offered delegates intensive executive level learning and development. Attendees heard from leading figures from the Third Sector including Sit Stephen Bubb, Director of Charity Futures and Richard Hawkes, Chief Executive of the British Asian Trust, alongside specialist advisors to the sector such as strategy consultant Catherine Barber-Brown and brand expert Emma Courtney of Courtney Consulting.

The programme also featured leading academics in this field – Dr Rob McMilland, Research Fellow at the Third Sector Research Centre at The University of Birmingham and a number of AMBS experts.

Prometheus this year was supported by The Co-operative Bank, the only UK high street bank with a customer-led Ethical Policy.
