Global Science Show – Virtual Science Festival

by | Feb 10, 2021

The Global Science Show is a virtual science festival that has taken place
on Twitter every month from March 2020.

You can check us out at @GlobalSciShow on Twitter, we’re also expanding out to Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.

We invite people to share their own little slice of science as part of a
day long event, whether through short videos, threads, animations,
livestreams and more! They post on their own accounts, and content is then
retweeted into a long thread on the Global Science Show account.

The events are open to anyone and everyone all around the world, with
contributors from Melbourne to San Francisco taking part in the past!

Our next shows are:

  • Friday 12th February 2021 – a Sci-Art themed show bringing together science and
art in a 13 hour celebration
  • Friday 12th March 2021 – A partnership show with STEM Ambassadors Scotland,
showcasing the incredible range of STEM ambassadors in Scotland. You can
sign up here to take part in the event.
  • Friday 9th April 2021 – A partnership with Disabled in STEM, providing a platform for disabled scientists and science communicators to showcase their work! You can sign up here to take part in the event.

Hopefully see some of you at our next shows, and if you ever want to work
together, fire me an email at sam@scicommwithsam.com
