Methods@Manchester are hosting two half-day Quantitative Evaluation workshops at the University on 12 October 2018.

Both workshops are suitable for a variety of levels and can be taken individually or together as a package. They aim to improve capacity for conducting valid and robust evaluations to capture public, stakeholder and policy engagement outcomes and impacts.

Workshop 1: Introduction to Quantitative Evaluation
This workshop features practical exercises that will help participants develop their own initial quantitative evaluation plans.

Workshop 2: Introduction to Survey Design for Evaluation
This workshop provides top tips and guidance on developing an evaluation survey that is robust. This will include helping participants identify and avoid common pitfalls in impact evaluation survey design. Participants will also have the opportunity to develop their own survey questions with feedback and support during the workshop
