Passionate about public engagement with experience of coordinating public engagement activities and enabling others? Then join our champions scheme.

Following our successful pilot, the University-wide Public Engagement Champions Network is now open for applications of interest from all University staff and postgraduate researchers. The call is open from 11 November to 9 December 2019.

The Public Engagement Champions Network aims to develop our future public engagement leaders by supporting people who can help us to deliver our public engagement framework. We are looking for people who are passionate about public engagement. If you have experience of delivering or coordinating public engagement activities and of supporting and enabling the high quality practice of others then we’d like to hear from you.

The scheme will run from January – December 2020 and applicants must commit to attending the majority of 6 network sessions across the year as well as developing a professional action plan.
