An opportunity to explore approaches and techniques for evaluating your public engagement work.  There are two evaluations training sessions taking place in May.

Beginner’s Guide to Evaluating Public Engagement

When: Tuesday 25/05/2021, 9:30 – 12:00, via Zoom

What: Not sure how to evaluate your public engagement? Where to start? Or perhaps you have done some evaluation of your public engagement but you would like to reflect on your own practice, and consider how to maximise the value of evaluating your activities This interactive back-to-basics workshop will encourage you to think about why evaluation of engagement is important; look at ways to get started; explore different techniques you can use; and consider what your findings can tell you.

Learn about the world of creative evaluation!

When: Thursday 27/05/2021, 2-3pm, via Microsoft Teams

What: You’re invited to explore the world of creative evaluation methods! Find out what creative methods are and how we can use them in virtual and face-to-face delivery get some hands on experience trying out some creative methods that work for virtual delivery (no painting/drawing/crafting skills required!). Hear about some real life examples that have been tried out by WP staff. Chat to other facilitators about using creative methods and how they can be built into your own work. Ask any questions you might have about the what, where, why and how of using creative methods! The session is open to anyone with an interest in creative methods and no pre-existing knowledge is required to get involved.
