Manchester Culture Award – Finalists

The Manchester Culture Awards took place at Manchester Convention Centre on Saturday 9 November, with The Ahmed Iqbal Ullah Education Trust being named as finalist in the ‘Inspiring Innovation’ category for its project Coming in From the Cold (CIFTC).

Greater Manchester Care Leaver Awards

On Wednesday 23 October, the seventh Greater Manchester Care Leaver Awards took place at the Royal Northern College of Music; the event was a celebration of the amazing achievements of local young people from across Greater Manchester.

Celebrating Black History with local school pupils

On 10 October colleagues from Student Recruitment and Widening Participation, the School of Arts Languages and Culture, and Creative Manchester hosted 150 pupils from Greater Manchester schools for a day to explore Black History and British society.
