During July 2016 the city of Manchester will be hosting the EuroScience Open Forum (ESOF), a conference which attracts delegates from all over the world including people who have great influence in their spheres; from business leaders and policy makers to cutting edge scientists.

A team of staff and students from the University’s Dalton Nuclear Institute and its Dalton Cumbrian Facility are cycling 143 miles from Cumbria to Manchester on 7&8 July to celebrate the life and achievements of John Dalton and raise money for the Stroke Association.
