by | Sep 25, 2019

The Faculty of Biology, Medicine and Health will be hosting the next Faculty Public Contributor Induction Session in October. The session is relevant for both new and experienced public contributors and will take place on the 22 October 10-1pm. Dr Stephanie Snow, Academic Lead for Community Engagement and Involvement, will be hosting.

The Induction will cover all aspects of being a public contributor within the Faculty including presentations from a public contributor, researcher, lecturer, and members of the Social Responsibility and Public Engagement team.

The presentations will provide attendees with information regarding Patient and Public Involvement and Engagement within the Faculty plus the role of a Public Contributor within that area. Attendees will also have the option to attend a social media training course run by a member of the Faculty’s digital marketing team which will take place approximately 2-3pm after a lunch break.
