Sent on behalf of the Service Learning/Community Engaged Learning Network

We are delighted to invite you to submit proposals for our Service-learning / Community Engaged Learning Summer Conference which will take place virtually on 7 July 2021.

The conference will cover 3 broad themes- 1) Operational (what practical learning would you like to share); 2) Pedagogical (what methodologies or approaches have you used and what was the outcome); and 3) Innovation (would you like to share a new initiative or approach, or something surprising from the field).

We are looking for 2-3 interested practitioners to present in each of the above themes, in 45 minute sessions, on Service-learning or Community Engaged Learning, whether you are from this specialism or from other associated specialisms such as working on civic engagement or in public engagement.

If you are interested in taking part, please complete the attached template Conference Proposals Form (doc) and submit to louise.gough@kcl.ac.uk by the end of the day on 28 May 2021. We will confirm the agenda by 14th June 2021.
