New Scientist Live Call for Speakers

by | Jan 15, 2020

New Scientist Live returns to London on 15-18 October 2020 and we’re looking for speakers and performers who will engage, inform, inspire and delight. Could that be you?

New Scientist Live is for everyone curious about science and why it matters. We bring together more than 140 speakers and 130 exhibitors at ExCeL to create an unrivalled atmosphere and energy, packed with thought-provoking talks, ground-breaking discoveries, interactive experiences, workshops and performances.

In 2019, we welcomed more than 40,000 visitors, launched our first dedicated schools programme and made over 2,000 tickets available free to students from disadvantaged schools. And there’s more. Most New Scientist Live talks live on as high-quality videos on our website, which attracts 3.6 million unique users.

If you know someone who should be at New Scientist Live, we want to hear from you. Please fill in the attached speaker nomination form by 31st January and return to nslspeakers@newscientist.com.

If you are interested in exhibiting, please contact Jacqui McCarron on either jacqui.mccarron@newscientist.com or 020 7611 1248. We are offering 100 additional tickets for schools groups with a high proportion of children from a disadvantaged background for new universities or departments who book before the end of February.
