Paid Tutor opportunities for University of Manchester students – information session 11 Nov 2020

by | Nov 3, 2020

The new National Tutoring Programme was launched yesterday to schools as part of a coordinated approach to provide support to disadvantaged pupils whose education has been affected by school closures.

The University is supporting this work through supporting the recruitment efforts of educational charities we already have existing relationships with and who are some of the NTP’s delivery partners. This is namely through the Brilliant Club who recruit PhD student and the Tutor Trust who recruit current students and recent graduates.

The Tutor Trust is running a virtual information session for students interested in finding out more about these positions on Wednesday 11 November, 1pm – 2pm. To register complete this short survey – https://apps.mhs.manchester.ac.uk/surveys/TakeSurvey.aspx?SurveyID=n4K1l542I

The Trust is particularly keen to recruit students who have participated in the University’s widening participation programmes and who live locally, but the positions are open to all students.
